Safety is our top priority! All lessons are led by CPR/AED/First Aid and lifeguard certified instructors. Additionally, class sizes are small to ensure close supervision, and the pools are equipped with safety gear.

We use a gentle approach that emphasizes trust and gradual skill-building for children of all ages. Our instructors are trained to adapt lessons to each child’s comfort level and celebrate small wins to build confidence!

Children should bring a snug-fitting swimsuit and, if not potty-trained, a swim diaper. Goggles are optional but definitely encouraged for comfort, and we recommend a swim cap for children with longer hair. Additionally, we recommend a towel and flip flops, as well as an after-lesson snack!

Yes! We offer water safety workshops for children and adults alike, as well as health-focused aquatic activities like swim clinics for bettering technique on established swimmers —all designed to reinforce safety and promote lifelong wellness.
